The control unit is configured to refer to discontinuous reception information, stored in the storage unit, which indicates a plurality of discontinuous reception settings, transmit transmission data to the terminal device in at least a portion of a first reception period of time corresponding to at least one of the discontinuous reception settings, and transmit the transmission data to the terminal device in at least a portion of a second reception period of time corresponding to at least another one of the discontinuous reception settings in a case that it is determined that response information with respect to the transmitted transmission data is not received.
