Zusammenfassung:Identification of changes in functional and runtime behavior of a system during maintenance cycles. The traditional methods provide for viewing the problem of change identification decoupled from system design, thus making the process further human dependent and increasing the time and probability of errors. Embodiment of the present disclosure provide for identification of changes in the functional behavior and the runtime behavior of the system by acquiring, a design comprising of structures and behaviors of the system, generating a design model and a set of implementation codes based upon the design, updating the set of implementation codes with log statements, constructing a design model based upon log files, constructing an operations model based upon the design model and comparing the operations model and a design table, to identify changes in the functional behavior and the runtime behavior of the system using an operations verification component.
