Zusammenfassung:Various embodiments disclosed relate to a sensor assembly probe for determining enzymatic activity. The sensor assembly probe includes one or more fluorescent hydrophobic semi-conductive nanoparticles disposed in an aqueous medium. The assembly further includes an amphiphilic polymer including a substrate for a predetermined enzyme. The amphiphilic polymer coats at least a portion of a surface of the fluorescent hydrophobic semi-conductive nanoparticle.
