Zusammenfassung:	A system for providing power is provided including an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) coupled to a first power source, the UPS including at least one battery therein; at least one external battery module (EBM) coupled to the UPS and a second power source, the second power source being different and separate from the first power source. Each of the at least one EBMs include at least one battery string; and a super charger coupled to the at least one battery string and the at least one battery in the UPS, the super charger being configured to charge the at least one battery string and the at least one battery in the UPS when power from the first power source is removed. EBMs and UPSs are also provided herein.
