Zusammenfassung:	Described herein is a digital contracting system. Based upon a selected template and business context, at least one clause is retrieved. An agreement is generated based upon the retrieved at least one clause. Using stored information regarding at least one clause previously agreed to, a clause not previously agreed to is determined. Only the determined clause not previously agreed to for approval is provided to one or more parties to the agreement. Approval of the determined clause not previously agreed to is obtained.
