Zusammenfassung:	An adhesive composition is provided, which is excellent in moist heat resistance and adhesion to a plastic sheet containing a plasticizer or similar ingredient, particularly to a vinyl chloride resin sheet. The adhesive composition contains: (A) an acrylic resin; and (B) a polyester resin (B) having a glass transition temperature of not higher than 50° C. and a number-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 50,000.
