The electrodes of the device are made of 316L stainless steel and manufactured by metal injection molding. Each electrode may be a D shaped electrode made of 316L stainless steel and manufactured by metal injection molding. The electrode has a straight edge having a length of about 22.00 to about 25.50 mm and an arcuate edge having an inner radius of about 10.50 to about 13.00 mm, and a thickness of about 0.50 to about 1.75 mm.
