Zusammenfassung: | An acid component removal device for removing an acid component from an acid gas absorbent containing an amine comprises an anode 13, a cathode 14 and an electrodialysis structure having four compartments and comprising an anion exchange membrane, a cation exchange membrane and a bipolar membrane, wherein the membranes are arranged from the anode end to the cathode end of the device either in the order anion exchange membrane 15A, bipolar membrane 17BP, cation exchange membrane 16C or in the order cation exchange membrane (16C, figure 3), bipolar membrane (17BP), anion exchange membrane (15A). An acid gas removal device comprises an absorber (1, figure 5) in which an acid gas in a gas to be treated is absorbed into an acid gas absorbent containing an amine, a regenerator (2) in which the acid gas absorbent is regenerated and the acid component removal device (4) of the invention, wherein at least a part of the regenerated acid gas absorbent is treated in the acid component removal device and is reused in the acid gas removal device. The device may be used to remove heat stable amine salts from an absorbent. |
