Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to provide an actuator of a link mechanism for an internal combustion engine capable of ensuring lubricity regardless of a slope of a road surface. An actuator of a link mechanism for an internal combustion engine according to one aspect of the present invention includes a ball bearing having an inner race held by a wave generator of a strain wave gearing speed reducer and an outer race held by a housing, and a holding mechanism capable of holding lubricant oil on a radially inner side with respect to the outer race of this roller bearing.
