The housing has a top plate part including a spring part that has a cantilever form and is formed by cutting off a part of the top plate part. The latch member includes a main body part, an engagement part connected to a front end of the main body part, and an operation part that is connected to a back end of the main body part and is capable of coming into contact with a free end portion of the spring part, and the latch member is attached to the top plate part to be capable of swinging.
