Zusammenfassung:	A foundation waterproofing assembly for cracked foundations includes a panel that is flexible and water resistant. A plurality of slats is coupled to and extends substantially perpendicularly from the panel. The slats are positioned in parallel on the panel and extend from a top to a bottom of the panel. The panel is configured to bend into a curved configuration such that the panel is insertable into a recess adjoining at least one crack in a foundation. The panel is configured to direct water entering the recess from the at least one crack to a point below a floor abutting the foundation, such that water is prevented from penetrating to the interior of the structure.
