Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a container comprising a container body which forms a receiving space for a substance and has a container opening, a sealing element which seals the container opening being provided, the container comprising a releasing device for the substance which has a releasing opening. The container is characterized in that the releasing device comprises a holding body and a sliding body, connecting means of the holding body being arranged on the container body, the sliding body being displaceable from a basic position into an activated position, the sliding body having an insert element which is arranged outside the container opening in a basic position and which protrudes at least in part into the container opening in the activated position, the releasing opening being arranged in the sliding body. The invention further relates to a method for removing a substance from the container.
