The active principle with anti-inflammatory activity (10) and the active principle with anti-proliferative activity (20) have respective formulations, whereby the active principle with anti-inflammatory activity (10)and the active principle with anti-proliferative activity (20) have respective release kinetics as a function of said formulations, with the release of the active principle with anti-inflammatory activity (10) being faster than the release of the active principle with anti-proliferative activity (20).
