The disclosed computer-implemented method may include measuring a user's activity for at least a current time period with respect to a social networking group of a social network. The method may include determining, based on at least the user's activity, whether the user will establish a meaningful connection with the social networking group for a next time period. The meaningful connection may indicate that the user satisfies a threshold amount of activity with the social networking group for a time period. The method may include selecting, based on the determination, content associated with the social networking group. The method may include providing the selected content for display to the user.
