Zusammenfassung:An optically encoded message image is transmitted to a playing piece on an image display region of an image generating device. Position information relative to the position of the playing piece is sensed by the playing piece on the image display region. At least positional information is transmitted by the playing piece to the image generating device based on the sensed position information. The following is generated by the image generating device and displayed on the image display region: (1) an optically encoded message image only at the location of the playing piece as the playing piece moves over the image display region, the optically encoded message image including said position information, and (2) visual images elsewhere on the image display region.
