Zusammenfassung:	A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a control unit, a central controller coupled to the control unit via a first two-conductor wireline structure, and a plurality of HVAC system components coupled to the central controller via a second two-conductor wireline structure. The central controller is configured to receive, via the first two-conductor wireline structure, control information corresponding to an enclosed space, generate control data, and transmit, via the first two-conductor wireline structure, the control data to at least one of the plurality of HVAC system components to regulate operations thereof.
