Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure is related to a 5th Generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data rate than a 4th Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A method for operating a terminal in a wireless communication system is provided which includes receiving downlink data from a base station; performing listen-before-talk (LBT) for uplink transmission; transmitting a first reservation signal based on an end timing of the LBT and a subframe boundary; and transmitting uplink data to the base station based on the subframe boundary.
