The magnetic element is disposed on the frame and has an engaging surface in contact with the frame. The base is arranged to be adjacent to the frame. The OIS driving coil for driving the movement of the frame in a direction that is perpendicular to the main axis is disposed on the base and arranged to correspond to the magnetic element.
