Zusammenfassung:A remote control system for remotely controlling a vehicle lift. The remote control system may comprise a lift control module and a remote computing device. The lift control module may be configured to receive information indicative of an instruction to pair the lift control module with a computing device and to present a validation code. The remote computing device may be configured to receive information indicative of an instruction to pair the remote computing device with the lift control module and to receive the validation code presented by the lift control module. Upon validating the received validation code, the remote computing device may be configured to be paired with the lift control module.
