Zusammenfassung:	An edge server includes: an application execution management unit that manages execution of an application that uses a function of an edge device and/or access processing data of the edge device; a skill information acquisition unit that acquires skill information of a user who is authorized to log into a system including the edge server; and an access control unit determines whether the user has an access right to use the function of the edge device and/or access the processing data of the edge device on the basis of the skill information of the user and a skill-based access list for the use of the function of the edge device and the access to the processing data of the edge device and allows the access when it is determined that the user has the access right.
