Zusammenfassung:	A protective film is capable of protecting and preserving an optical sheet surface, particularly the back surface of a prism sheet, independent of the shape and composition thereof in a range of adhesive forces appropriate for various adherends. A layered film having an adhesive layer having a styrene-based elastomer as the main component thereof on at least one surface of a base material layer, the layered film characterized in that the loss tangent tan δ and the shear storage modulus G′ of the elastomer at 1 Hz in a temperature range of 30-60° C. are within specific ranges.
