A reservoir portion with a recessed shape capable of storing water infiltrating through a boundary between the first case and the second case is provided on the upper side of the upper wall of the accommodating portion, and the second case covers the upper side of the reservoir portion and is locked to the first case such that the distance of a gap between the upper edge of the reservoir portion and the inner surface of the second case is smaller than or equal to a predetermined distance.
