The system includes a calibration module that simultaneously generates a first set of coefficients of an inverse distortion polynomial f(ρ) representing radial distortion and a second set of coefficients of an alternative distortion polynomial g(ω). Further, the present techniques may also calibrate intrinsic and extrinsic parameters.
