Zusammenfassung:An inter-switch communication management apparatus for allocating communication bands of inter-switch connections in accordance with priorities is provided. An inter-switch communication management apparatus 200 includes: a virtual network request receiving unit that receives an addition or change of a virtual network as a request with a priority; an inter-switch communication band allocation unit that allocates a communication band to be preferentially used to an inter-switch communication band of a connection between two switches in descending order of the priority of virtual networks; and a switch setting unit that sets the allocated communication band to the connection between the two switches.
