[Solution] An information processing apparatus including: a search unit configured to search for, on a basis of position information of a user, a predetermined point specified in accordance with a user status and scenario progress from surroundings of a user; and an output control unit configured to perform control in a manner that a voice of a character corresponding to the scenario progress performs guidance to the predetermined point that has been searched for.
