Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus is provided for fixing two parts together. The apparatus includes a clamp having a first half shell, a second half shell and a fastener mechanism. The first half shell includes an extension. The second half shell includes an opening to receive the extension of the first half shell. The extension of the first half shell includes a stopper for maintaining an open position of the first half shell and the second half shell. The fastener mechanism is configured for moving the first half shell and the second half shell into a closed position such that the stopper is forced through the opening. The second half shell includes the opening to receive the extension of the first half shell for prohibiting rotation of first and second half shells relative to one another when the clamp is open.
