Zusammenfassung:	A cover mounting structure is configured to mount a cover to a covering target to be covered with the cover. The cover mounting structure includes a support member and a sliding member. The support member is configured to be secured to the covering target and supports the cover. The sliding member is prepared separately from the cover and provided so as to be slidable relative to the support member. The cover is secured to the support member at a prescribed securing position and connected to the sliding member at a different position from the prescribed securing position.
