Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides an inventive method of treating deteriorated skin tissue in the face or selected areas of the body, wherein the skin tissue has deteriorated due to aging and/or other factors, by injecting mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into these areas, resulting in improving and/or restoring the affected areas. In one aspect, the MSCs are obtained autogenously. In another aspect, the MSCs are minimally manipulated. In yet another aspect, treatment of the skin tissue is carried out using bone marrow concentrate that contains the MSCs. A platelet rich plasma (PRP) may be added to a bone marrow concentrate containing MSCs.
