Zusammenfassung:	A display device includes: a substrate (first substrate); a substrate (second substrate); a pixel electrode on the first substrate; a common electrode on the first substrate; a signal line existing on the first substrate and extending in a Y direction (first direction); a drive electrode (first electrode) existing on the second substrate and extending in the Y direction; a detection electrode (second electrode) existing on the second substrate and over the drive electrode, extending in an X direction (second direction) intersecting with the Y direction, and electrically connected to a detection circuit. Additionally, the drive electrode intersects with the detection electrode and overlaps the signal line.
