Zusammenfassung:An integrated circuit die that includes a temperature monitoring system that obtains measured temperature data from on die temperature sensors during a mode when power is not being supplied to a system controller of the die. After the system controller is powered up, the system controller obtains the measured temperature data. This system and method can be useful in that heat from a powered up system controller does not affect the temperature readings of the temperature monitoring system.
