Zusammenfassung:	A base unit includes a tubular bearing housing that extends in an axial direction while being positioned on a central axis that extends vertically, a base plate that is connected to the bearing housing and extends in radial directions, a stator that is provided on an upper surface of the base plate and is provided radially outward of the bearing housing, and a conducting member that is electrically connected to the stator and is drawn out radially outwards from the base plate. The upper surface or a lower surface of the base plate is provided with a resin cover portion that covers at least a portion of the conducting member, the base plate is provided with an insertion portion that is a through-hole penetrating the base plate in a direction from the upper surface to the lower surface or a notch, and a portion of the cover portion extends over an area from the upper surface of the base plate to the lower surface of the base plate while passing through the insertion portion.
