Zusammenfassung:	An instruction terminal includes a position direction estimating unit to estimate a position and direction of a worker from an image captured by an imaging unit, an onsite situation image generator to generate an image indicating an onsite situation including the position of the worker from the estimation result, a display to display a screen including the generated image; a work instruction accepting unit to accept information indicating a next work position input by a work instructor on the screen; and a direction calculator to calculate a direction to the next work position from the estimation result and the acceptance result. An onsite terminal includes a guide image generator to generate an image indicating the direction to the next work position from the calculation result, and a display to display a screen including the generated image.
