A learning model construction device (300) comprises an input data acquisition unit (310) that acquires control information including motion patterns and parameter combinations of a main shaft related to machining of a machine tool (100) and regards temperature information of the main shaft before machining based on the control information as input data; a tag acquisition unit (320) that acquires the temperature information of the main shaft after machining based onthe control information as a tag; and a learning model construction unit (330) that performs monitoring learning by regarding a group of the input data and the tag as monitoring data, thereby constructing the learning model for the temperature information of the main shaft after machining based on the control information.
