Zusammenfassung:	An ultrasonic sensor apparatus for placement on a cladding component of a vehicle, encompassing an ultrasonic sensor and a holder. The holder encompasses a cap and a support. The support has a connecting portion by way of which the support is intermaterially joinable to the cladding component, and has a frame portion, an opening through which a vibrating element of the ultrasonic sensor extends being provided in the connecting portion. The cap preloads the ultrasonic sensor toward a coupling element, and is mounted detachably on the support using a latching connection. The cap delimits the receiving region on the side facing away from the connecting portion. The support is a hybrid component having a metal insert overmolded with plastic.
