Zusammenfassung:	An ornamental fragrance dispenser for spreading fragrant aroma in selected areas. The air freshener filter insert is a strip of permeable solid strip of material impregnated with a time release substance of selected fragrance. An air freshener strip of selected dimensions is disposed in a cooperatively engaging slot formed in the dispensing device mountable to an air vent of a vehicle of air displacement device such as a fan or suspended in a selected area by hanging means. The dispenser is a perforated housing or shell including a void shaped to receive and hold an absorbent strip containing time release liquid with natural oils which evaporate to spread a pleasant aroma in the surrounding area. The shell includes hanging means such as a hook, eyelet and cord, sticky tape and clip for hanging the shell from a car mirror, air vent, ceiling fan, kitchen appliance such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gym locker, and so on.
