Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel dosage regimen in the treatment of HIV infections and AIDS. In particular, the present invention relates to a specific novel use of formulations of HIV-specific protein therapeutics, such as anti-HIV-1 specific antibodies and/or HIV-specific vaccine peptides, administered in a dosing regimen together with a latent viral reservoir purging agent. The formulations may further be administered with one or more other therapeutic agents, such as in combination with at least one immunomodulatory compound and/or other reservoir purging agents, such as histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors.
