The first member (110) has a first inlet (200) adapted to be fed by fluid from a source of fluid (250), and is connected to the outlet (125), and a second inlet (300) adapted to be fed by fluid from a source of fluid (250) that is capable of driving the second member (120) so as to move it relative to the first member (110).
