Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shield ring for a cage rotor of an asynchronous machine. The method sequentially performs the steps of: (a) preparing material strips formed of metallic material; (b) uprightly rolling the material strips so as to form opened disc-like ring members, and punching a plurality of penetration openings in the disc-like ring members; or punching a plurality of penetration openings in the material strips and performing an upright rolling on the material strips so as to form opened disc-like ring members; (c) stacking the ring members so that the penetration openings of all of the disc-like ring members are aligned; and (d) connecting the adjacent ring members with each other to stack up the individual ring members. This invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a shield ring for a cage rotor of an asynchronous machine. The method sequentially performs the steps of: (a) preparing a material strip formed of metallic material; (b) uprightly rolling the material strip to form a winding, dividing the material strip into a plurality of segments so as to form a plurality of stacks of opened disc-like ring members from the winding, punching a plurality of penetration openings in the disc-like ring members; or punching a plurality of penetration openings in the material strip, uprightly rolling the material strip to form a winding, dividing the material strip into a plurality of segments so as to form a plurality of stacks of opened disc-like ring members from the winding; and (c) connecting the adjacent ring members with each other to stack up the individual ring members. |
