A computer-implemented method for providing individualized risk assessments can include receiving, by a processor, event data for a user, the event data comprising one or more event characteristics; obtaining, by the processor, a user profile comprising one or more personal characteristics of the user; obtaining, by the processor from at least one database containing risk elements, a subset of risk elements relevant to the event characteristics and the personal characteristics; and generating, by the processor, a report based on the subset of risk elements.
