Zusammenfassung:An instrument panel reinforcement includes a large-diameter pipe portion, a diameter-changing pipe portion, which extends to one end side continuously and integrally from one end of the large-diameter pipe portion, and a small-diameter pipe portion, which extends to the one end side continuously and integrally from one end of the diameter-changing pipe portion. By performing a process of drawing a circular tube-shaped element tube to the one end side while reducing a diameter of the element tube by ironing more than once, the large-diameter pipe portion, the diameter-changing pipe portion, and the small-diameter pipe portion are formed integrally, thereby manufacturing the instrument panel reinforcement.
