Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an air ventilating and sterilizing apparatus made of copper plates. The apparatus has a plurality of copper plates to form a plurality air passages for inflowing air, and another plurality of air passages for outflowing air, through which the air flows out and in, and heat is exchanged and air is sterilized while the air flows through the air passages defined by the copper plates each having protruded areas to enlarge the entire surfaces of the plate in contact with the air to maximize the heat exchanging and sterilizing effects of the apparatus.
