The fixation devices described herein can include an elongate member. The fixation devices described herein can include a barrel, wherein the elongate member and the barrel are designed to telescope along a longitudinal axis and wherein the barrel is designed to transmit torque to the elongate member. The fixation devices described herein can include an inner screw designed be inserted into the barrel and engage the elongate member.
