The devices and methods described herein are configured to divert a flow of a body fluid such as, for example, blood or bile away from the abnormal conduit thereby promoting thrombosis and occlusion in the case of blood vessel to blood vessel communication or an aneurysm and/or decrease in size of and epithelization of the communication such as in the case of a fistula.
