The hardware processor is configured to execute the master control automation unit to receive content feeds from and business rules for each of multiple affiliate content providers, and to receive traffic log data and replacement content metadata for each of the affiliate content providers via the web-based affiliate operations portal. The hardware processor is also configured to execute the master control automation unit to curate multiple digital rights cleared content streams from each content feed based on the respective traffic log data, replacement content metadata, and business rules for each of the affiliate content providers, and to generate Internet Protocol (IP) transport streams for distributing the digital rights cleared content streams. |
