A processor extracts a plurality of pieces of analysis target information that are to be provided to an analysis device, respectively from the plurality of pieces of information stored in the memory. A communication interface circuit transfers the plurality of pieces of information to a first storage device via a first communication network and transfers the plurality of pieces of analysis target information to a second storage device connected to a second communication network. The second communication network is separated from the first communication network and the analysis device is connected to the second communication network.
