Zusammenfassung:	An air-outlet adjusting assembly for a motor vehicle includes a drive unit configured to be driven by an electric drive and configured to act on at least one pivotable valve flap and at least one pivotable guide slat. The drive unit includes a rotatably arranged sliding-block carrier having a sliding block arranged eccentrically thereon, wherein, in a first rotary motion segment of the sliding-block carrier, the sliding block is configured to engage in a valve-flap slotted link connected for conjoint rotation to the at least one valve flap and, in a second rotary motion segment of the sliding-block carrier, the sliding block is configured to engage in a guide-slat slotted link connected for conjoint rotation to the at least one guide slat.
