Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides a modularized ocean energy generating device and a built-in module thereof. The built-in module includes an inner frame, at least one hydraulic generator module, at least one mounting shaft, at least one driving unit, and at least two barriers. The modularized ocean energy generating device includes an outer frame, and the inner frame is detachably disposed in the outer frame. The hydraulic generator module is disposed in the inner frame and is mounted at the at least one mounting shaft, and the at least one mounting shaft is rotatably mounted at the inner frame. The driving unit is connected to the mounting shaft to drive the mounting shaft to rotate. The barriers are disposed at the inner frame or the outer frame and located at upstream and downstream sides of the hydraulic generator module along a water flow direction, respectively.
