The first housing portion is sealed to the first side of the intermediate portion and the second housing portion is sealed to the second side of the intermediate portion thereby forming an housing internal space within first and second housing portions and containing the intermediate portion and its features, such that the features are hermetically sealed within the housing relative to an external space that is outside the housing.
