Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a molded body made of extruded foam, characterized in that at least one fibre (F) is located with a fibre section (FB2) within the molded body and is enclosed by the extruded foam, while a fibre section (FB1) of the fibre (F) protrudes from a first flank of the molded body and a fibre section (FB3) of the fibre (F) protrudes from a second flank of the molded body and characterized in that the extruded foam is produced using an extrusion method which comprises the following steps: I) providing a polymer melt in an extruder; II) introducing at least one foaming agent into the polymer melt provided in step I), thus obtaining a foamable polymer melt; III) extrusion of the foamable polymer melt obtained in step II) from the extruder through at least one nozzle opening in a region of lower pressure, wherein the foamable polymer melt expands, thus obtaining an expanded foam; and IV) calibrating the expanded foam from step III) in that the expanded foam is passed through a shaping tool, thus obtaining the extruded foam.
