Zusammenfassung:	Problem: To provide a fastener that facilitates attachment of a string and makes it unlikely for the attached string to come off. Solution: The fastener according to one aspect of the present invention is a fastener for fastening a string-like body to an article, and includes a slit opening part for inserting the string-like body, and a string-like body holding part which communicates with the slit opening part and holds the string-like body inserted from the slit opening part. The string-like body holding part extends in the left and right directions from the slit opening part, a surface of the string-like body holding part facing the slit opening part is smooth, and a projecting part is provided at a position adjacent to the slit opening part on the surface of the string-like body holding part.
